Pay directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as a payment note. Or please notify after payment chengduglassware@qq.com. We will deliver the order after the funds are received. We accept many types of currencies.

If you do not pay in US dollars, please convert the US dollars into the currency you want to pay and then make the payment to us, which is also acceptable.

If you do not see the account for the currency you want to pay, please contact us chengduglassware@qq.com and we can add the corresponding currency account for you within 24 hours.

You can also contact us chengduglassware@qq.com request invoice before making the payment.

Important Notice:
If the payer is an individual making a payment to our company’s bank account, please be sure to provide the following information to us at chengduglassware@qq.com.

1: If the payer is a company or individual business, please provide the payer’s business license or an official website where the company’s existence can be verified.

2: If the payer is an individual who is also a legal representative, shareholder, or director of a company, supporting documents containing the payer’s name, company name, legal representative or shareholder information can be provided, such as a valid business license or registration document, company articles of association, equity structure diagram, or an official website where company shareholders and directors’ information can be queried.

3: Please kindly provide the payment voucher for the transaction. The payment voucher should show: payee information, payer information; please upload the original payment voucher.

If the payment is made to us by the company, we don’t need this information.

At the same time, we have also opened credit card payments for individual and corporate buyers. Buyers can first generate orders through our website and need to inform us chengduglassware@qq.com Order number, we will generate a link.

After receiving the order notification via email, the buyer can click on the order link to view the order details, confirm the order, and make payment. Currently supports three payment methods:

1. Credit and debit card payments, supporting six major card groups (Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, American Express), with a single payment amount not exceeding 10000 USD/EUR.

2. Local online transfer payment in Europe: supports iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, PayU.

3. WorldFirst balance payment in USD/EUR account (buyer needs to open an overseas WorldFirst account).

The WorldFirst is particularly suitable for users such as Russian users who cannot make payments through other means.
